RW-100
Main-line sleeper
A direct replacement for the timber sleeper. Used on main lines, station and yard tracks, and on port, factory and industrial sidings.

Series
Running line, turnout, bridge
Main-line sleeper
The standard section for ballasted main line and open track. Also used on station and yard tracks and on port, factory and industrial sidings.
Turnout sleeper
A long sleeper for turnouts and diverging track. We manufacture turnout sleepers as a single piece up to 6,000 mm; different lengths are produced in one set-up.
Bridge sleeper
A deeper section for bridges, viaducts and transition structures. Anchorage and fastening layout are designed for the project.

- Used with W-type rail fastenings. The coach screw goes directly into the sleeper; the steel baseplate required on timber is not needed.
- Can be cut and drilled from any face.
- A damaged coach-screw hole can be filled with a compatible compound and restored.
- Stacked in a conventional crib. No special handling equipment is required.
- Cut, drilled and worked on site with standard track machines.
